The cost ranged from a Hello I have had my oil changed at Andy Mohr over 10 times in the past 3 years on different cars the same basic oil change. The cost ranged from a high of $69.05 and a low of 30.52 almost always with some kind of coupon. The highest was yesterday $69.05. I called in to make an appointment and told Connor Crawford that I would be staying while the oil was changed. I was told to bring my car in at 1:30 and arrived on time. I sat in in your show room and watched as my car sat and never moved until 3:00 pm. The oil change was completed around 3:30. Because of the amount of time to do a simple oil change along with a 33% rise in cost from my last oil change in March, ($40.25) and the lack of concern by the service department, I will be taking my service elsewhere. I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Blazer from Andy Mohr GMC Buick. I called ahead to let my salesman know I was coming, he said he would have the car ready. When we arrived, the interior of the car was fil GMC Buick. I called ahead to let my salesman know I was coming, he said he would have the car ready. When we arrived, the interior of the car was filthy. Not the best first impression. We agreed to purchase the car and was told they would detail it. They vacuumed it and washed it, but that was about it. When we got home and was checking out the car, found napkins, used face masks and a bag of almonds in the glove box. The windshield still had residue where dealer tags were, they had removed the tags but never cleaned the windshield. In going through the car, I noticed the key to the locking lug nuts was missing. I called my salesman the next morning and he said it should be there, I assured him I checked thoroughly. He said he would get with his sales manager and get back with me. Didn’t hear from him so I called him the next day. He said to text him a picture of the lug nut and he would get back to me. I sent him the pic, again no response. This was on a Friday, I waited though the weekend but no response. I texted him again on the following Tuesday morning, but again no response. Tuesday evening I sent him a text asking if he does not answer his customer’s texts, he text back apologizing and said he would check on the lug nut key and call me in the morning, again no call or text. It is now Thursday evening, over a week since I purchased the car and I not received a call back. I understand that I purchased the vehicle “As Is” , and if you don’t want to get me the key to the lug nut locks I get it, but please have the xxxxx to tell me that. Don’t promise to call then ghost me. Very poor customer response after the sale! More
The salesman were very unprofessional, dropping F bombs in front of me and my fiancé. Our salesman said there was nothing wrong with the car I was coming to look at but it had about 15 things wrong with it in front of me and my fiancé. I inquired about purchasing a specific vehicle from out of state (several states away) with this dealership. The salesman I spoke with, Luigi, explained that they would sell the vehicle to me but that the of state (several states away) with this dealership. The salesman I spoke with, Luigi, explained that they would sell the vehicle to me but that they were going to charge me sales tax in Indiana and my home state. This didn't make sense so I spent time researching both my own MVA and Indiana's MVA regarding this issue and speaking with both, a total of several hours including hold times, to find out that this information was incorrect. I called the dealership back and they gave me a bunch more ridiculous road blocks such as I could not reserve or put a deposit on a vehicle nor see or do any paper work prior to arriving at the dealership to actually pick up the vehicle from several states away. They wanted me to travel that distance with the risk that when I arrived the vehicle may have been sold. Enough of that with the salesman, I demanded to speak with the Sales Manager John who said that they aren't selling vehicles out of state and that several people were on a waiting list for this car. With that information, will let you decide whether you want to work with this dealership. More
