I would add lack of integrity and honesty for things to consider too for this dealer. They had six 2022 Corollas on sale for $14,500 after $2000 trade in. With the only stipulations that the age of the purchase price and trade in met the guidelines. So, today I had an appointment to go there with my son to purchase a car. However, now the cars are listed as $16,900 and $16,950, with no trade in. When I questioned them they said prices change. Okay, I get that. But when I said you had them listed for this amount, and the sales manager, Jeff, pointed it out to me they said they never had them advertised for that. I said I have a screen shot of those six cars and that price. They said it could be from another site. I said no, it is from the Andy Mohr Buick GMC site. They said it never happened. I'm going to submit the screen shot to the state for complaint. It just ticks me off that they don't admit to the previous pricing, even if they don't honor it. So, back to lack of integrity and honesty! More
Typical underhanded car dealer. Forcing you into accessories and services they install and do not advertise in the cost. Gavyn did an amazing job working with our price and making us feel comfortable. He explained everything about the car and watched our expressions. Imagine that!! All the electronics and infotainment system was a bit overwhelming. Gavyn was so reassuring and made sure we understood. He scheduled our Ziebart in Greenwood and Sarah also gets a 5 star. He has called us twice since then to check on how we are doing. Scot did the finance part. It went so quick and smoothly. I love the big desk screen. We got the Diamond Total protection Package since we are not one of those people who buy a new car every few years. He was so helpful in getting our extended warranty and explained it thoroughly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and these two staff members. Thanks to both of you for such a positive experience. More
