Zero stars- refused my business after scheduled appt. Went to get my transmission fluid replaced last week on my daughter’s older model (12 yrs) Nissan. Ashley was condescending the entire time checking in- aghast, and almost disgusted that I did not know if the fluid had ever been changed before (I am not the original owner). She seemed annoyed and in disbelief that my check engine light was on and that I wasn’t too concerned about it- as if it was a child that I was refusing care for, with plenty of her non-verbal expressions. She repeatedly tried to “upsell” diagnostic services on a CVT that ran fine. Keep in mind this person is NOT a mechanic, just the person who takes my keys. After waiting for 30 min she returns to tell me they refuse to touch my car unless I agree to expensive diagnostic charges as well, explaining that it was “management’s decision.” I tell her that I just want the service that was previously agreed upon as scheduled, and that was all. She tells me they cannot do a fluid exchange without tearing my transmission apart. I was not offered any further discussion with said management or compensation for my drive time in rush hour traffic- even though I had scheduled this work ahead of time. And, as a night shifter, making this appointment was the equivalent of waking up at 4 am just to get service done. Top it all off by running over a nail somewhere on my drive and had to get my tire patched. I will not be back- especially when it comes time to buy a new Nissan next year. More
I’ve noticed a change when I try to come in for service, mainly a oil change. I was told it would be a couple of hours for my oil change and I was there over three plus hours and saw people come hours afte mainly a oil change. Unfortunately, I was completely unaware exactly what that meant, thinking windshield washer, etc. My bill was 449.90, I asked why an oil change was so expensive and she then explained what I had mistakenly agreed to. She took $20.00 off my bill, but I will not be back, and I will not buy my next Nissan there. More
