The sales manager, Nick Burd, tried telling me that Andy Mohr Nissan is "better than their reviews." They are definitely NOT better than their reviews. Nick did not keep our agreement and when the general m Mohr Nissan is "better than their reviews." They are definitely NOT better than their reviews. Nick did not keep our agreement and when the general manager attempted to "manage me" by telling me "you don't have to buy a car from us," I agreed with him and left. I will never step foot on an Andy Mohr lot again because they don't seem to understand the benefit of "return customers." More
I just bought a used 2015 VW Jetta from Andy Mohr Nissan Avon last week. The sales process was ok but delayed due to a mechanical issue with the key chamber where you turn the key. There was no real communi Avon last week. The sales process was ok but delayed due to a mechanical issue with the key chamber where you turn the key. There was no real communication on it for week. I proceeded with trust . They delivered they car and it was raining so I will be honest did a quick review which was on Saturday. Monday I wanted to drive it to work to make sure it’s safe for my daughter. The car key would turn it was locked . It took 30 minutes . This now explains why one the keys the gave me was broken. As looked deeper into the car every single tire was a different brand with different thread levels. When inquired about the key and tires “twice” I was told it’s a German car and it will start working over time. The car was as is so we delivered as is with 4 different brands of crappy tires onthe car. I’m scared to death of what else I will find. They are not ethical or honest in their dealing and I’m sure this car has had more work than they reported . It’s a shame dealers get away with this . My Carvana experience was 10 times better , more ethical , and honest. On used cars stay way from Andy Mohr. Will add photos later. More

Don’t buy a used car from them. They claim they do a thorough 200+ point inspection. This is false. Also, you buy as is and have no days to evaluate the car or have it inspected. I They claim they do a thorough 200+ point inspection. This is false. Also, you buy as is and have no days to evaluate the car or have it inspected. I now have the expense of a timing chain adjustment, brake routers and replacement of stabilizer pins. $2000 out of pocket. Buy somewhere else that lets you evaluate the car. More
The online price was $9999. I showed up to look at the car. Suddenly the price is now $14499. I said no and walked away. The salesman called me two days later about the car. I w I showed up to look at the car. Suddenly the price is now $14499. I said no and walked away. The salesman called me two days later about the car. I went back in to see if they would honor the $9999 price (which still showed online) I asked why the price increased so much. I was told it was because the car was just serviced. I asked to see what was serviced. The Sales Manager left to get the report. 20 minutes later he came back showing me what work was done. A switch for the liftgate, some hoses for the AC and an AC recharge. 21 hours of labor miraculously appeared to match the price increase. It took 21 hours to replace a switch, a couple of hoses and recharge the AC? The funny thing is, they were all working two days before they were "fixed".
