I found a vehicle I was interested in through facebook market place, & I inquired through FB messenger if the vehicle was still available. I instantly got a auto generated response that someone would be w market place, & I inquired through FB messenger if the vehicle was still available. I instantly got a auto generated response that someone would be with me shortly. Within seconds, Stephanie responds with wanting to know my name, #, & email. So I give her the info, & she tells me that yes the vehicle is still available! She then asks to set up an appointment time, & I do so. So far so good. She then calls me, giving me directions, & telling me which lot to meet the sales person. Great! I'm scrambling to get things together & go. Due to traffic, it took me 45 min to get there, which made me 15 min late. Stephanie calls right at my appointment time to confirm I am still coming, & I explain to her where I am on this road trip, & she politely moves the appointment time back, & explains that the car is right out front. I'm driving like crazy to get there, & when I arrive, I wander around looking for this car & don't see it. So, I go inside, ask for the sales mgr I'm to meet with, & Mr Hughy comes walking up with a tablet, searching their inventory, & then tells me they just sold the car 5 mins ago. (F%\#ing really?) I am not happy. Furious really..He then tells me I wouldn't want that car, all the trouble lights were on, it had some rust, cracked windshield.. thats why it was priced the way it was. Well first of all, if all that was wrong with the car, it should have been disclosed in their advertisement on marketplace, being a large reputable dealership & all. I did see rust in the pictures on the ad, but not the rest of all he said. So he then asks if I would like to take a look @ other vehicles in that price range. All of what he showed me was not what I asked for. Higher mileage, & over my price range. I just got up & left. I was getting more & more angry as I fought through traffic to come back home. A total waste of my time & gas! Ya know, I would expect this kind of dishonesty from a small dealership. A buy here pay here, auction bought, or pulled from a swamp in new orleans, type of used car dealership. This is the type of crap that makes the whole car buying experience a dreaded task. If you are dishonest about having the car I'm inquiring about, just to make me come in anyway, & still think I'm gonna line your comission pockets, not this guy. Even if it was true the car just got sold, they had the chance to tell me before I got there several times. I don't believe it was just sold for a minute. No wonder cars are now being sold from sky-hi vending machines. Kudos to the person that thought of that idea. At least you don't have to deal with the dishonesty & over priced commission. More
Marc Buehler - Best Salesmen ever had Honestly, We dreaded the idea of going car shopping since we had so many bad experiences in the past. After spending some time with our salesman, M Honestly, We dreaded the idea of going car shopping since we had so many bad experiences in the past. After spending some time with our salesman, Marc, we truly felt at ease and he made the entire process, from start to finish amazing. It was actually impressive to have been paired with someone that was very knowledgeable about any car we had questions about; without missing a beat! Most of the time at other dealerships we got the sense of just being told what we needed to hear vs actually being told the truth only to make a sale. We truly appreciate the amazing red carpet service and making us feel so welcomed with absolutely no hidden agendas or surprises. More
Buyer Beware! Go somewhere else! Probably the worst purchase experience I have ever had. If you are online shopping for a vehicle, I would definitely find a different dealership. The Probably the worst purchase experience I have ever had. If you are online shopping for a vehicle, I would definitely find a different dealership. The sales team is very SHADY. They lack professionalism and integrity! They say one thing and do something else. The vehicle I purchased was a Titan, Nissan certified with a clean-one owner Carfax. However it was damaged ($2300 worth) and they tried to hide it after I had already made the purchase. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
Awful experience - stay away Absolute worst experience we have had with a dealer. We got a certified quote through USAA for a vehicle we wanted to purchase. We called to inquire a Absolute worst experience we have had with a dealer. We got a certified quote through USAA for a vehicle we wanted to purchase. We called to inquire about purchasing the vehicle and the sales person Stephanie was very nice. After discussing our needs she transferred us to the finance department who quoted us $2000 (before taxes and registration) more than our certificate and $2,000 more than the actual dealers online site reflected (scam). They yanked us around regarding why the number was so much more and that they don’t honor certificates that USAA pays them to honor, literally their words. We are a military family moving from overseas and they also tried to tell us they won’t accept a power of attorney, a legally binding document, because they don’t know what it is, and if we can come in in person they’ll accept the POA (we wouldn’t need to use one if we were physically able to go to the dealer ourselves). All I can say is stay far away from this place. It is a scam. More

Wanted social securities to TEST DRIVE a vehicle then upon returning from said test drive I was told I had to talk to a sales manager about getting my key back from my trade in. No one came to us for about 10-15 minutes. Then saw the guy I talked to was walking up to him when I saw my key on the counter. I asked for my key politely. The sales manager responds with “what if I threw it on the roof.” I just grabbed it and left. My wife told me not to be xxxxxxx, luckily for your Nissan dealership. Worst experience ever! Save your money and time from these people. More
Buyer BEWARE!! Do not buy from this location. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM ANDY MOHN NISSAN. I purchased my vehicle 6/16/18 yes it was used 2015 but I paid $16000. Purchased with 59723 miles. O BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM ANDY MOHN NISSAN. I purchased my vehicle 6/16/18 yes it was used 2015 but I paid $16000. Purchased with 59723 miles. On 8/11/18 with now having 63404 miles my brakes and rotors went out. I did not have to pay the full price but still paid 200 to have the back brakes and rotors replaced. I then had to pay $150 on 9/8/18 to have the front brakes and rotors replaced. On 9/8/18 there there were 65376. I went in for a service on 12/22/18 and had my oil changed and brand new windshield wipers put on my car. Fast forward to 4/24/19 I took my car in for service and was told I needed new brakes and windshield wipers. Mind you wipers were just replaced 4 months prior and brakes were just replaced 7 months prior. I reminded the guy checking me out that windshield wipers were just replaced and I just replaced the brakes. He looked it up in the system to verify they did replace both front and back brakes and rotors. At that service there were 80877 miles. That's a 15501 difference in miles. Today took the car in for a brake inspection and was told if they needed replaced I would be paying again. Miles are at 83018. Keep in mind my miles are almost all highway miles and not stop and go traffic in town. I have put 23295 miles on my car since purchasing in June and now being told I need new brakes for a second time. I will be taking my vehicle to be serviced at Ray Skillman as I have a friend that works in the Service Department. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Oh and my mom is in the market for a brand new Nissan Rogue but refuses to buy from Andy Mohr. She will also not be taking her current Nissan to be serviced at the Avon location again. Just because I'm a female dont treat me like I'm stupid and know nothing about cars because I know for sure windshield wipers last longer than 4 months. Taking all our business elsewhere. More
Sold Low-Mileage Altima With Bad CVT This dealership sold me an Altima with 40,000 miles. At 61,000 miles (1,000 miles after the warranty expired), the CVT failed. Andy Mohr said the tran This dealership sold me an Altima with 40,000 miles. At 61,000 miles (1,000 miles after the warranty expired), the CVT failed. Andy Mohr said the transmission needed replaced and it would cost ~$4,000. After I got Nissan corporate involved, they said it was just the subassembly that needed replaced and that would only be $3,200. I agreed to the repair when Nissan agreed to cover 70% of the cost. When I complained that the changing price/repair seemed fishy, the dealership reached out to me and explained that their service technicians don't typically recommend sub-assembly replacements because they often don't take to the transmission, and will need repair later. They explained this to me *after* they conducted the sub-assembly repair. So from my perspective, Andy Mohr made over $3,000 doing a repair that might not even work, and it makes me think they were looking to make another $3,000 when the part invariably failed after the 12,000 mile warranty on the part expired. The vehicle was technically fixed, but it did not feel like the same vehicle it was before the repair. I do not trust this dealership anymore, and I do not trust Nissan transmissions. I have since traded in that vehicle at a different dealership, and I do not plan to ever do business with Andy Mohr again. More
Terrible Dealership, liars I found a car on line and inquired about it on 04/12/2019, I received a text message on 04/13/19 telling me the vehicle was still on site and when wou I found a car on line and inquired about it on 04/12/2019, I received a text message on 04/13/19 telling me the vehicle was still on site and when would I be in, I gave a time, got pre approved and showed up only to be told the vehicle was sold a few hours before. I had texted the sales person right before I left to verify it was still good to go and was told yes, then I dealt with the sales manager, Tim, who proceeded to tell me that he can't keep track of every vehicle sold, what? your the sales manager, if you don't know who does. Then I called and asked for a manager, when he answered, I asked his name and he gave me a name of someone who doesn't even work there. I then called back to speak to my original person and they told me she was gone for the weekend, I asked when she would be back and they told me that was confidential information. My wife called them and she answered the phone, I will never go back to Andy Mohr for any type of car or service from this auto group again. I have bought 3 cars in the past 3 years and will buy nothing more from them . I would give a zero rating if I could. More
