Worst ever. Epitome of used car dealer. They told me the free delivery cost 250. The manager Pat Hurst said he would refund my money, then never did and never took my calls. I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago at this dealership with a platinum warranty plan. When I signed the contract for the warranty, I didn't see the fine print until they printed it out for me at the end. with a platinum warranty plan. However they only provided me with one. I have been trying for 6 months to get the second key from the dealership. The finance people referred me to my salesman Myron, the salesman kept ducking my phone calls, and finally it all came to a head within the last month when my wife was locked out of our van, and I couldn't use the roadside assistance on the warranty that I paid for because we only had one working key. I was told by a guy named Nick in the finance department that I should have lied to the warranty company to get my second key. Sorry, but I'm not going to lie to cover what you guys should have already done. I also left repeated messages for the salesman, for service, for a manager, for anyone who was willing to at least call back and listen to me. Finally I had to find a negative review online that had a response from the dealership with a phone number that I called and threatened legal action in order to for them to finally do what they should have done 6 months ago. I'm thankful it was eventually resolved oh, but I would never do business with Andy Mohr again. More
