Purchased a new XT4 today ( 2-26-24 ). Best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Delt with Jena Jacobsen and must say she went above and beyond to help me achieve a great deal. I was treated very good, everyone was nice and courteous. Giorgio and Tyler (and a young lady that I don’t know her name), all seemed caring and concerned about my problems with my Escalade. I only have one problem, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on “quality of work performed “- when I got in my car the next morning, I noticed a chip in the woodgrain above the ignition switch. It wasn’t there before. I know, because this vehicle was my husband’s pride and joy, and I am trying to keep it the way he left it when he passed away. It is VERY important to me to keep his Escalade that he loved so much, in great condition. I even had Giorgio get a quote on new running boards and other worn exterior parts so I can keep it in top condition. It is so very important to me, because Jimmy loved it so much. I called Giorgio and told him about the chip. He told me to take pictures and email them to him, which I immediately did. He was going to talk to someone about it for me. I pray this will be replaced for me. It is just a small chip, but it bothers me, It must have happened if they pulled the ignition button to get to the wiring behind. I feel like it will be made right for me, I just thought I would mention it in this review, as I don’t want it to be forgotten. Everything was so good, I was VERY pleased with the service I received, and I will definitely be using this dealership for future problems with my Jimmy’s Escalde! THANK YOU SO MUCH! My service rep at the dealer ship immediately provided other options making it possible for me to get the repair done . The service dept. didn't have to offer it but they did and immediately gained a customer from here on out . My service rep was 5 star all the way very personable . . At the time of this review I didn't have her card . shes the only female in the service dept that I've witnessed . Do find her and give all that is due to her . she's an asset . And I will expect to see her upon my return . Thankyou S Charles More
