We feel that the provided did not meet expectations for the bill. Over $3,600.00. The brakes still squeeked after pickup, the A/C still blows weaker in the front than before. Note in repair said "working as designed" We don't feel this is correct. Engine mount repaired, yes but feel this was a very expensive bill for what was done. Automatic Wash provided with no permission from us. Brushes and automatic washes are hard on vehicles. Side and top of plastic trim noticeably affected after the wash but we were told it was from the sun. These spots were not from the sun. We did not request nor were told that our vehicle would be taken through an automatic wash. We hand wash this 2024 escalade to avoid the wear and tear from an automatic wash. Passenger side door arm rest had noticeable flakes/almost looked like ashes but can't confirm at this time. Noticeably dirtier than it was before dropping it off. When we arrived to pickup, we saw the associate drive too fast in the parking lot and enter the bay with stopping hard. Just seemed no care for our vehicle More
