They are a bunch of theves. Their service department is rude and the body shop not only made the damage worse to bilk State Farm, but they scratched up part of my car, broke a headlamp, and damaged the gri rude and the body shop not only made the damage worse to bilk State Farm, but they scratched up part of my car, broke a headlamp, and damaged the grill which then had to be repaired by another body shop. They are careless, rude, and they tried to overcharge state farm by creating additional damage. I understand from talking to others including 1 prominent physician, that they did the same thing to his wife's Escalade. I am filing a Zone office complaint and one with the attorney general's office for insurance fraud. DO NOT PATRONIZE ANDREWS CADILLAC. More
