Slightly disappointed in communication when I arrived. I called in advance explaining my car issue. I was told they would look into the issue during my appointment. When I arrived there were no notes in t I called in advance explaining my car issue. I was told they would look into the issue during my appointment. When I arrived there were no notes in the system and I had to re-explain the problem, to only be told the appropriate person hadn't arrived and it would be a wait. The representative lady seemed just as irritated with me as I was with her after explaining and re-explaining my issue. Also, when I picked up my car there was muddy foot paper and plastic that was left in the drivers side of the car. Just seemed to be a lack of care at this location. More

Incompetent initial estimate. Accepted assignment of repair from State Farm that Andrews was not certified to perform. Repair that was to take 2-3 days took 2 full weeks. No communication from Collisi repair from State Farm that Andrews was not certified to perform. Repair that was to take 2-3 days took 2 full weeks. No communication from Collision Dept. that they lacked necessary certification to perform repairs and sent car off-site for the work. Repeatedly put off completion date with no apology or concern for our inconvenience. More
