We purchased a 2019 Audi Q7 and dealt with Sean Haramija, who turned out very knowledgeable on the vehicle, even though it wasn't a Cadillac. We drove the car home only to find oil underneath it the next mor who turned out very knowledgeable on the vehicle, even though it wasn't a Cadillac. We drove the car home only to find oil underneath it the next morning. Panic and disappointment set in. We called Sean. It was his day off and he turned us on to Scott Alton, used car sales manager. Initially, Scott said to drive the car back to the dealer (about 50 miles), but minutes later, he called back and let me know that it would be better to get the car towed back to the dealer. It turned out to be a defective gasket by the oil plug, something small, but it could have turned into something much worse by driving it back. We have nothing but good things to say about both Sean and Scott. Their professionalism shined through. We are so thankful Scott preferred to play it safe rather than to take a chance, and it is greatly appreciated! Thank you Sean and Scott for all your help. We love the car! More
