I recently had a new engine put in our 2011 Toyota Corolla and brought in for the first time our recently purchased used 2021 RAV4. Willie Willett the advisor we work with was excellent. He explained Corolla and brought in for the first time our recently purchased used 2021 RAV4. Willie Willett the advisor we work with was excellent. He explained to us the options of putting in a new used engine and answered all our questions during the work that was involved. I always appreciate Willie’s candor and truthfulness when explaining issues with us. What was even better Willie worked with us to keep everything within our budget concerns. With our RAV4 we had a hubcap issue and Willie went the extra mile to investigate where we might be able to obtain one seeing our vehicle was purchased from down south. Again I can’t thank Willie, the technicians and Andrew Toyota enough for the excellent service we have received for the past 20 years on all our vehicles! More
