From the moment I drove into the Service Bay, Steve Ccicero was attentive, personable and professional. My driven mileage was low so I wanted to make sure the pressure in my tires were correct (4 new t Ccicero was attentive, personable and professional. While waiting for my vehicle, I received an email and an embedded video of my car and the level checks (all were fine); I enjoyed this as it matched up with my written report. As always, the service was superb; plus, who can argue with the Famous Amos cookies! More
