While at Andrew Toyota, I had the pleasure of dealing with Prentiss Farsee. He sold me a Camry in 2010. I felt at ease about my car buying experience, which usually brings a lot of anxiety. But he helped with Prentiss Farsee. He sold me a Camry in 2010. I felt at ease about my car buying experience, which usually brings a lot of anxiety. But he helped me and assured me with any uncertainty that I had. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Since then I have continuously referred Prentiss to many associates and friends. They have all given positive feedback about their experiences. Whenever I am at Andrew Toyota for a scheduled service, if Prentiss spots me, he remembers me and always asks if I am still satisified with my purchase, which I am very pleased. For those reasons, I will continue to refer him to any and everyone that I know is in the market for a new/used car. More

Just moved from North Carolina to Milwaukee and have been in to the dealership twice for a "check engine light". Unbelievable experience! I could have hung out there all day. Pleasant staff who routinely made rounds throughout the dealership updating guest and making sure folks knew they weren't forgotten. Trustworthy... I never felt like they were "upselling" the invoice. Truly felt like they had my best interest at heart. Warm, friendly, trustworthy... I wouldn't go anywhere else. I drove away chuckling and thought, "Hum... I'm not even upset by the fact that I just dropped $240.00." They even send you away with a bag of chocolate chip cookies... and a free car wash. The car looked brand new and is running great. I was very impressed. Congratulations for creating such a great dealership experience. It's quite an anomaly for the industry. ;) C. Lamothe More
Ever since purchasing a Toyota Sienna from Andrew Toyota 8 years ago, I have been returning for service. I have always been pleased with all aspects of the service and highly recommend this business. The waiting area is the best I've seen -- clean, huge, and stocked with everything needed to make your wait go by quickly. When my kids were younger, I made use of the separate kids' room to read books and play with toys. There are complimentary beverages and a spacious room with TV and reading material, and plenty of tables and chairs in another area away from the TV where I can read. All the maintenance and repair work has been done to my satisfaction. The length of time I've been quoted for the appointment is accurate and on the days I've needed to get a ride home, the drivers have been courteous and careful. The bag of cookies left in my van after the service is a nice touch that I always look forward to -- that and getting into a freshly washed vehicle after the appointment. When I need my van serviced, I call Mike Cooper. He has given me exceptional service right from the start. He is friendly and efficient, and has an amazing memory for details about my van. His knowledge about vehicles is impressive and gives me confidence in what he recommends. I never feel like he's trying to sell me something I don't need and I trust him to help make the best decisions on servicing my van. On the rare occasion he is not available when I arrive for my appointment, the other service people are always helpful and friendly too, but Mike is the one who makes it such a pleasure to go to Andrew Toyota. When it comes time for a new vehicle, I know I'll be looking at Andrew Toyota again so that I can continue bringing my vehicle to Mike. More
Recently tried Andrews after marginal experiences at another Toyota dealership in the area. I was very impressed with the follow through and service, Mike Cooper (asst service manager) and Andy Wilson another Toyota dealership in the area. I was very impressed with the follow through and service, Mike Cooper (asst service manager) and Andy Wilson (tech-mechanic) gave me. When I had questions about the service repair items, Mike did not hesitate to escort me to the garage, put my Camry back on the rack, and have Andy personally show me each of their recommended service points. They also explained why it was needed. Basically, I got smiles instead of attidude from Andy when he was reviewing the service points on my car. Excellent customer service skills from both individuals. Also, Mike works very hard and was juggling numerous other customers when I asked to see my car. All dealers preach about customer service but Andrews actually practices it. More

I had a warranty issue with a Toyota Matrix, purchased from another dealer as a used vehicle. I knew I wanted the 3rd generation Prius and went to Andrew Toyota to see if I could drive one. They had not arrived yet. I began corresponding with Peter Klein by email. He let me know as soon as they had one and arranged for me to come in right away. I drove it and loved it and signed up for one in May, knowing there would be a wait. Peter was extremely good about explaining all the features of the car, answering all my questions, and keeping me up to date on when I might expect my car to arrive. The dealer also offered me the option of getting the car in a different color or without the option I wanted throughout my waiting period. I appreciated this customer service, but opted to wait until one of the three colors I would go with came in. Peter called me the moment it arrived and we set up a time for me to pick up my new Prius. I didn't just pick it up. Peter spent 2 hours with me explaining all the features and answering my questions. He has also emailed me to make sure things are going well. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Toyota. More
