Alex WAS CORDIAL and Erich did a good job on the engine tuning job. The trunk release switch was losened when they opened the cabin to check the cabin air filter. Their service has been exemplery on all 3 of our vehicles and their customer service has been nothing short of professional, courteous, informative, and helpful.
