To be honest, I just want to mention that as much as I love Andrew Toyota and recommend them to anyone I know, I think you are a bit extreme about sending so many reminders to not only do a survey, but to love Andrew Toyota and recommend them to anyone I know, I think you are a bit extreme about sending so many reminders to not only do a survey, but to write comments. How much can you say about an oil change, when I've already said it all before, since I have been going there for 15 years. However, there is indeed something I do want to say this time that was new. First of all I really like how impressive it is in terms of the alignment and tire reading that is instantly determined upon garage entry. And then I must say, I was pretty shocked to have the service person who worked on my car, give me a bit of a video presentation. I thought it was very nice, it definitely did seem above and beyond, which feels highly professional. There were a few other things as well. As I've said before, the service at Andrew Toyota is by far the best service I've ever had. Previous to owning my first Toyota in 2009, once I bought a car, it was always cheaper to fix it elsewhere once the warranty was done. I feel like I may pay more staying at the dealership, But I save in the long run, because I'm able to work with the same service rep all the time. And there is absolutely no question that I have always trusted him, and have not questioned one thing that he has recommended that I repair. I have had service before elsewhere, where my husband asked for the parts after the repair, and they were just fine. So I appreciate that more than you know. More
