The techs were not as sharp or well informed as I felt they should be. Turns out the backyard mechanics on a forum had more insight to a well known problem. Mike was my service person. He was very helpful. I went in for a routine tire rotation and there had been a couple things that had been recommended last visit. We also talked He was very helpful. I went in for a routine tire rotation and there had been a couple things that had been recommended last visit. We also talked about the battery. I couldn’t do all. Mike suggested the battery if I needed one. They had not checked it yet. I have a new battery and feel I’m ready for the winter months. I was very pleased that he gave me a recommendation instead of trying to have me do everything. Very professional. More
