I was disgusted with the shuttle vehicle they used to give me a ride home. It was filthy! The seats were worn out with tears in them, there was auto grease and dust throughout the interior, it was an awf give me a ride home. It was filthy! My bill was $150.00 more than my estimate and when I questioned it I was told that they put a wrong code in and charged me for something that was supposed to be complementary ($108) (I think that is the way they say yes, we were trying to steal that from you but oops you caught us so we will refund you) the other $42 is a 10% fee that is put on all parts and labor as an environmental fee that is not disclosed just added on your bill, it's OK because it goes on EVERYONE'S bill (WRONG!) I didn't even have anything disposed of and they charged it on the $108 they stole from me. I use to like using the dealership, but they have changed my mind in this visit. More
