We were told that the car was available, and drove 75 miles one way to see it. Then we were told it had been a sold over the weekend. We test drove a Kia k5, a 2023 with about 7500 miles that was on the lot, for "about" $33,000 and they were going to get back to us with a price along with a trade in. But then they said they were waiting for the title, and would have to get back to me. Not sure why they couldn't still give me a definite price for the Kia, since I was not in a hurry to buy it. So I told them that it felf very sketchy, and we passed on doing business. Instead we found the exact same car, but a 2024, for less money! Very glad we stayed away from them, and will never go back. More
I did not like that I was forced to buy LoJack, especially when Toyota Care covers the same concerns, something that I was not aware of or told when I purchased the car. This is my third Toyota an especially when Toyota Care covers the same concerns, something that I was not aware of or told when I purchased the car. This is my third Toyota and I only have them serviced at Toyota Dealers and use Toyota Parts on my cars. I do not like this non Toyota product on my car. I feel I wasn’t given all the facts and I don’t think this duplicate product is a good choice to add to everyone’s car. Other Dealers are not doing this. To satisfy me I would like LoJack removed and my money returned. More
