Andrew is a Top-Tier dealership with a Top-Tier service department. They’re very professional and have very fair prices. I got a quote for the same work at another dealership and it was twice as much. Not department. They’re very professional and have very fair prices. Many times they’ve told me I can hold off on getting work done even though they’re losing out on the business. My experience has always been pleasant, which is rare with car dealerships these days. I came in for a maintenance check and they did a great job. I was waited on even before my scheduled time,. I really appreciated them videoing their work, so I could see exactly what was done to my car. T job. I was waited on even before my scheduled time,. The shuttle service to and from home while my car is being serviced makes everything very convenient. I will always take my car there for service.as well as purchase another new car there if I need one in the future. More

I was frustrated having a bad tire and being out of state (I’m from the Chicago area and just wanted to get home!). I was able to set up a 7 an appointment and John was so helpful. While waiting for my new (I’m from the Chicago area and just wanted to get home!). I was able to set up a 7 an appointment and John was so helpful. While waiting for my new tire, I greatly appreciated the courtesy transportation back to my son’s home to wait, as well as a pick up two hours EARLIER than expected so I could head home with my new tire.
