I came here to help my sister find a good used Toyota. The selection was excellent, the prices were fair, and most of all, the customer service was both helpful and friendly. It is rare for a car dealership to value honesty and customer satisfaction, but Andrew Toyota exemplifies these qualities, and is a model all car dealerships should strive to emulate. I was particularly impressed with Peter Klein, the representative who helped us choose the right car for our needs. I had never used the internet to start the process of buying a car, but I am glad I did because Mr. Klein was exceedingly helpful and honest. I am genuinely surprised by the honorable and decent approach Andrew Toyota takes towards selling cars, and recommend this dealership to all my friends and family who are looking to purchase a new or used car. Brian was amazing! He spent an hour on the phone with me answering all my questions regarding the purchase/lease of a Toyota Carolla. Brian went above and beyond the call of duty and sent someone to get my car and he picked me up personally and drove me to the dealership. Buying/leasing a car as a single female is an overwhelming experience. Brian made it easy and answered all my questions without making me feel silly. I have recommeded Andrew Toyota to all my friends and colleagues. As a matter of fact, everyone who I work with has a Carolla or a Rav4 and they have purchased them at Andrew Toyota. More
This was 2 years ago, but I did not know about this site then. My wife and I went in for a new Corolla. The salesman immediately brought up a used car. Since it was my wifes car she said that would be o.k. then. My wife and I went in for a new Corolla. The salesman immediately brought up a used car. Since it was my wifes car she said that would be o.k. We had our 1 year old along and he was getting crankier by the minute. We struck a deal in haste. When my wife went back to pick up the car I could not be there, and unfortunately had no sitter. She came home with the car and payments $50 a month more than originally discussed. She was rushed to sign everything without good explanation. They slammed gap, disabilty, warranty, and whatever else my frazzled wife would sign. Thanks for taking advantage of her. Avoid at all costs!! More
To begin with, let me say that the salesperson who sold us our 2007 Yaris was wonderful. The experience of working with him to purchase the car was excellent. The problem arose when we purchased the car on a Saturday late afternoon and were phoned on Monday morning informing us that our new car had been sold to someone else by another salesperson, MANAGER MICHAEL OPERMANN, after we left the dealership on Saturday. OPERMANN was difficult to get hold of, arrogant, disrespectful and had an "Up yours" attitude. He melowed a bit after being confronted about possible legal remedies. At a meeting with Opermann, he left the meeting to get the General Manager at our request, but HE NEVER RETURNED. Perhaps the wolves ate him. I have no idea if he has gone missing. The dealership agreed and did give us a loaner car for the interim period until we receive our new car. However, when we got back home, we discovered THE LICENSE PLATES ON THE DEALER'S LOANER CAR --- these license plates EXPIRED 5 MONTHS AGO. "Me thinks" they need a new manager, yes, but apart from a wonderful salesperson, the entire experience WAS SOMETHING YOU WOULD WANT TO AVOID. More
Sales person would never get back to me when calling or told to call them. Price for trade in was changed when going to pick up the new car to less then quoted in contract. New car was delivered wrong from what was ordered twice. No compensation for any of the dealerships screw ups. It was extremely poor customer service. Had appointment when picking up car and although sales person knew we were there, they kept getting interrupted by other things and we had to wait extra long to sign papers. Was very unprofessional. We have been dealing w/Andrew Toyota since 1992, I believe, when we bought our 1992 Toyota pickup truck, our first vehicle. We found KC Hahn to be very professional and upfront when we leased our second vehicle, a 1998 Corolla. Since then, we have purchased a 1999 Sienna from another dealership but have it service at Andrew. Their service has been exemplery on all 3 of our vehicles and their customer service has been nothing short of professional, courteous, informative, and helpful. I am a mother of 3 kids and the shuttle service to and from home has been a lifesaver for me. Thanks! More
