I knew I wanted the 3rd generation Prius and went to Andrew Toyota to see if I could drive one. They had not arrived yet. I began corresponding with Peter Klein by email. He let me know as soon as they had one and arranged for me to come in right away. I drove it and loved it and signed up for one in May, knowing there would be a wait. Peter was extremely good about explaining all the features of the car, answering all my questions, and keeping me up to date on when I might expect my car to arrive. The dealer also offered me the option of getting the car in a different color or without the option I wanted throughout my waiting period. I appreciated this customer service, but opted to wait until one of the three colors I would go with came in. Peter called me the moment it arrived and we set up a time for me to pick up my new Prius. I didn't just pick it up. Peter spent 2 hours with me explaining all the features and answering my questions. He has also emailed me to make sure things are going well. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Toyota. More

We had to make a second trip to Andrews this summer to buy a car as we had an accident that totaled the first one we bought (first accident in 41 years of driving). We had worked with Porter Bell for our first purchase of the summer and were impressed by his attentiveness and his exceptionally calm and pleasant demeanor. He worked very hard the during our first purchase to make the deal affordable for us as we are dealing with a layoff and a shrunken income. We were very happy with our purchase and thought that both Porter and the general manager, K.C. Han, had been very fair and interested in keeping our regular business. The second deal came on the heels of the Cash for Clunkers sale. We wanted to work with Porter again. We were looking for a good used car that met our criteria and because so much had been sold off the lot during the sale, it was not easy. We found a car that would have been acceptable and, again, Porter did his best to make the car more appealing to us by assuring us that some cosmetic adjustments would easily be made. Meanwhile, John Moore, the sales manager was looking for a Yaris for us because that is what we had lost in the accident and what we really wanted. Again, Porter was attentive and called us with frequent updates on procuring the Yaris. Amazingly, they were able to pull one in from out of state for us at excellent financing! We really can't say enough good about Andrews. We have used them for servicing all of our cars. The service department is great. We feel that the entire dealership really cares about their customers and they do everything possible to make them happy and feel that their business is valued. More

Purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE from Andrew Toyota in late August. I participated in the Cash for Clunkers program which provided me with $4,500 rebate. My wife's old lease expired at an unfortunate time -- during the "cash for clunkers" rush for cars. So getting discounts was a bit more difficult than usual for us, since inventories were so low. We actually called Jimmy at the very last minute to see if he would compete with another price we were on the way to accepting. It was Saturday afternoon, and we ended up making the last minute stop at Andrew Toyota when he called back and said he could make it happen with the last car he had in that model (it happened to be my wife's first choice for color). Anyway, the subsequent brief experience was similar in some ways to those we've had with Lexus, Infiniti and Acura. No problems. And they prepared the car for my wife while we completed the paperwork. Great work, Jimmy. More

The people at Andrew Toyota were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Al Golding is an outstanding salesman. Friendly, knowledgeable, ready with a sincere smile, concerned about making it a good experience for a potential customer. Obviously he wants to sell cars or he wouldn't be doing this for a living, but he was never pushy. He didn't even give me that pathetic "I'm disappointed in you" look when I told him I was going to shop at a few other places before making a decision. When I told him I needed more time, he showed respect for my decision. I really appreciated that. The fellow who handled the financing (Andy S.) was also top notch. By the time I sat down he had all the paperwork ready to go, yet he took his time explaining what I was signing and showed respect for my questions. Believe me, I'm surprised to be writing all this. I've bought at least half a dozen new cars in my life, and in the past I never felt that the dealership had my best interests in mind. Andrew Toyota proved to be a pleasant exception to the rule. More
