While looking around for a new car, I had emailed a number of dealerships asking simply for a quote on a car. The guys at Andrew were very prompt and gave me a good price on my car right off the bat. They even emailed me a pdf of the window sticker so I could see the exact details of the car without having to go to the dealership to see it. When I went in, they were very courteous and friendly, and answered all of my questions. I was also a bit indecisive on the color I wanted, but each time I changed my mind (twice) they were accommodating to my request, no questions asked. The guy who explained all the finance options to me was also very thorough. Being my first time purchasing a car, I was very pleased with my overall experience and have no regrets. More

The detailer who worked on our car (Virgil?) did such an excellent job, we could not find a single smudge or area that wasn't perfect. We are very satisfied with the entire transaction and expect to purchase our future cars from the same dealership. More

The whole experience of buying a brand new car was easy and did not provoke anxiety, which is definitely a possibility when buying a new car. We will always want Brian to help us with future purchases. He even offered to pick us up so we would not have 2 cars there when driving off with our new car! We are pleased with our purchase and comfortable knowing Brian will be there if there is anything we need or if we have any questions. He was knowledgeable and patient when explaining all the cars features and said we can call him anytime with questions. We will recommend that anyone in the market for a new car talk to Brian Cayle. I bought my first Toyota from Andrew Toyota in 1998. I have had the car serviced their ever since, and have not had even one problem outside of preventative maintenance in all 11 years. Supervisor Duane have had the car serviced their ever since, and have not had even one problem outside of preventative maintenance in all 11 years. Supervisor Duane Domagalski and Service Advisor Mike Cooper both were (and still are) terrific to work with, and I have never, ever felt that they have not been honest and forthcoming with exactly what work is necessary and what work could wait, if finances were an issue. Now that my son will need a car, I didn't hesitate (and why would I) to make my next car another Toyota Camry (he gets the old one, of course). I had such good luck with the first one, and there are such good incentives right now, that I made the decision without any doubt in my mind. I worked with Matt Hackett in Sales and Jared Johnson in the closing department, and was very, very pleased. I would recommend this dealership 100% across the board. More

Jacqueline McCrae was my sales person, and it was clear from the beginning that she had my interests in mind. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and she spent a great deal of time with me trying to understand what my needs were versus what was in the sale for her. I will recommend her highly to my friends and acquaintances, because I want to see her succeed...she's very good at what she does. I also worked with Jerod Johnson in financing who also couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I had a lot of questions regarding the lease agreement, extended warranty, etc. and he was very patient while explaining things sometimes more than once. Michael Opperman was the manager on hand when I was negotiating the lease with Jacquleine and, he too, took time with me and was very understanding when I made it clear that there were budgetary limits I was working within. He worked hard to get me into a car that worked for me and that I comfortably afford. Lastly, when I received the car in the service bay I was greeted warmly, as usual, by Dan who took a moment to look over the car with me and join me in the experience of driving off the lot with my new car. I freely admit that I'm the person who hates to shop, as well as negotiate prices, for cars, but my experience at Andrew made the process as painless as I can imagine it being...good job, folks! (I will not be in the market for a new car for the next 5 years.) BUT he continues providing exceptional customer service by calling me every 5 months and making sure I still love my car. He even made my oil change appointment for me. He is a great sales person---but best of all--wonderful customer service. HE GETS IT! I will purchase my next car at Andrew Toyota. More

Peter Klein worked with us on the second deal and did a very nice job of laying out the options and countering our offer with a competitive price. We were considering Ford and Subaru and Peter beat their prices and was, quite frankly, the easiest of the three to work with. We worked with Mike Opperman for the first buy and also had a good experience. Both gentlemen are professionals who don't try to oversell. They are to the point and fair. There's no messing around with games or bait-and-switch tactics. They were straight forward. More
