During the confusion of the gas pedal recall, I called K.C Han Sales Manager at Andrews Toyota. I found his direct dial number on the Andrews web site and he answered the phone. Less than 45 minutes after we hung up, Dwayne from Andrews service called asking when I could bring my vehicle in. The appointment was set for 6pm. Less than 6 hours after my first call. I was not amazed at how quickly KC and Andrews addressed, resolved, and repaired the recall item on my 2010 Rav 4. After all it’s Andrews and that's the way they do business. On my drive home that night and during my commute to work the next morning, there was a noticeable difference in the performance of the vehicle which makes me feel confident that the issue has been resolved. I purchased my first Toyota long bed pick-up in 1985. I have owned 4 since then, my wife 3 and stepdaughter 2. I have done business with 3 other Toyota dealers in the Metro Milwaukee Area and 1 in Metro Phoenix. They all look the similar from the outside, all that red and white, but what is noticeably different is what happens on the inside. That is why my wife and I drive across town to an out of the way location and our glad we had the option to choose Andrews Toyota and think you should too. More
Usually the "buying a car" experience is similar to a visit to the dentist. I went to Andrew Toyota with the intention of getting my 2000 Sienna fixed, not buying a new car. I ended up buying a 2007 High visit to the dentist. I went to Andrew Toyota with the intention of getting my 2000 Sienna fixed, not buying a new car. I ended up buying a 2007 Highlander Hybrid. I have the utmost confidence in this car since it was bought and serviced at Andrew. Matt Hackett was a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure and respected the fact that this is a substantial purchase and the conditions needed to be right. I chose the hybrid model over conventional due to the 32 mpg in the city. I recommend buying on Saturday as they have lunch catered for employees. After I agreed to the purchase, I was treated to a plate of "Speed Queen" BBQ. I'll remember the experience and good service more so than the price. I'll need another car within the next 2 years and look forward to buying at Andrew. Thank you. More

Steve was willing to show me all the features & how they work, since this is the first time in eleven years I've bought a car. I was able to drive away with a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE that same day. Not only did I purchase a vehicle I went from a Truck to a Car. I did not have time to keep coming back & forth to the dealership with my grandchild in the hospital (open heart surgery). I was not under any pressure to come in. Time was not on my side. How was I going to work a deal & I had so many obligations including working & going to the hospital.I came in when my time allowed and Charles was very understanding & more than willing to get me into my new 2010 Camary. Most of all I was not looking for a new friend, however, I feel comfortable calling Charles a new friend of mine & I do have a new car that I am purchasing.
