My wife's old lease expired at an unfortunate time -- during the "cash for clunkers" rush for cars. So getting discounts was a bit more difficult than usual for us, since inventories were so low. We actually called Jimmy at the very last minute to see if he would compete with another price we were on the way to accepting. It was Saturday afternoon, and we ended up making the last minute stop at Andrew Toyota when he called back and said he could make it happen with the last car he had in that model (it happened to be my wife's first choice for color). Anyway, the subsequent brief experience was similar in some ways to those we've had with Lexus, Infiniti and Acura. No problems. And they prepared the car for my wife while we completed the paperwork. Great work, Jimmy. More

The people at Andrew Toyota were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Al Golding is an outstanding salesman. Friendly, knowledgeable, ready with a sincere smile, concerned about making it a good experience for a potential customer. Obviously he wants to sell cars or he wouldn't be doing this for a living, but he was never pushy. He didn't even give me that pathetic "I'm disappointed in you" look when I told him I was going to shop at a few other places before making a decision. When I told him I needed more time, he showed respect for my decision. I really appreciated that. The fellow who handled the financing (Andy S.) was also top notch. By the time I sat down he had all the paperwork ready to go, yet he took his time explaining what I was signing and showed respect for my questions. Believe me, I'm surprised to be writing all this. I've bought at least half a dozen new cars in my life, and in the past I never felt that the dealership had my best interests in mind. Andrew Toyota proved to be a pleasant exception to the rule. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Our salesperson Jackie, was excellent. She seemed to sense exactly what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay for it. He did not try to persuade me to get into something that I was not comfortable with. Once I had made a decision on the vehicle I was comfortable with the transition to working with Julie was just as superb! Julie really is an outstanding business woman and professional and answered all of my questions completely! If anyone is looking for two great individuals to work with in purchasing a new or used vehicle...PLEASE RUN don't walk to work with Andrew Akhahon and Laurie Differt. He did not try to “up sell” or steer us in a different direction. After checking Andrew’s price against other online sources, we decided to purchase. When we picked up our car, Peter took the time to show and explain every feature and how it worked. I’m 60+ years old and this purchase was the “BEST” hassle free experience I can remember. We’d like to add some personal comments about Peter. Peter is by far the most respectful auto salesperson we have ever worked with. He was very understanding and accommodating when we couldn’t meet the offer deadline because of the birth of a grandchild, he worked around our time schedule, he honored our wishes and needs in the vehicle without question, he gave us a fair price for our trade-in, and he made us feel that he appreciated our business. In my quest to find a company car i went to a dealership that my co workers went to as well. After waiting for almost two months without the Toyota Highlander i was looking for i needed to find a dealership that my co workers went to as well. After waiting for almost two months without the Toyota Highlander i was looking for i needed to find a dealership that would help me resolve this.I finally gave up on the current dealership , as i never received the follow through i was told. It was important as i had a specific budget i needed to be in and i also knew what car i was looking for. Matt was the first person i talked to at Andrew and was very patient in listening to my long winded situation. Within a couple of days I was able to get an appointment at Andrew and locate the car i was looking for. Matt also went through all the options to get the most for the money i was allocated to spend on my company car. Which was very much appreciated. Any concerns i had Matt was available to follow up or call me back to answer my questions. At the end of my experience i felt as i went to a dealership that was friendly and welcoming which was very important to me as i was loosing my patience with the car shopping experience. As a result i had my car in about two weeks which was greatly appreciated. Matt is a great asset to Andrew and not your typical car sales person, he was not pushy or overbearing and explained to me exactly what i needed. More
