This was my very first automobile purchase and I was nervous about the whole experience of buying a car. Initially I was hesitant because I wanted an Accord; but after test-driving this car and feeling like I was being pressured by the salesman to purchase a car that I didn't like, I followed her advice. Listening to one's mother is always a good idea. Mom was right. I never felt pressured into making an immediate decision regarding buying a new car. The gentlemen who helped me, K.C. Han and Peter Klein, were (and are) exceptional! They made me feel comfortable right from the start. They were knowledgeable, personable, helpful and patient with me. I never felt pressured to make an immediate purchase. They encouraged me to try different versions of the Camry, and to take my time when I went driving the cars. Options were clearly explained and they made me feel special. The Camry pretty much sold itself, but these two men made the experience of buying a new car a stress-free experience. I bought a 2010 Camry from this dealership. I even was introduced to the owner of the dealership, Andy. It is because of KC and Peter that I am now driving a car that is really choice! If it hadn't been for his call, I would still be in my last car...and I LOVE my new car! I would definitely work with Dave again.
