James was very laid back in his approach, but very knowledgeable, very willing to answer any questions, and a good listener. He did not point at a number for example and say that is way off, or you have that all wrong. He respected the fact that I had a monthly payment "target" in mind, and he did everything possible to help me get there. The best characteristic about James is while being so helpful, he did not put the common pressure to buy on me. At the end of the day he let me make my own decisions. I would definitely recommend him to anybody interested in a Toyota/Scion. I never felt pressured, the product sold itself to a certain extent, and James was there to guide me and help when asked.
