I am from a town 45 minutes away and it took me two days to complete my new car purchase at Andrew. On the first day, the salesman I worked with was very friendly and negotiated a very reasonable price that to complete my new car purchase at Andrew. I had many questions and even though he was not that knowledgeable, he did make every effort to thoroughly answer my questions. The final price of the car was settle, I was told I qualified for a rebate, a binding contract was signed, and I put down a $20 deposit. On the second day, I returned to the dealership with my down payment and ready to sign papers with the financial person. However, I was told that I no longer qualified for the rebate because of an outstanding past due amount on my credit report. The financial person showed me the itemized item and I was not aware that this was in my record. In the past, I have had problems with that individual who has the same name as I do, but I was not aware of her bad credit history and somehow it has made its way into mine. I told the financial person it wasn't me and what she could do to help me, she just asked if i had any proof that the bill was paid, but how could I have proof, when it was not me. So I decided to not purchase the car and was ready to leave the dealership, but I needed my deposit back. The salesman said he would get it for me, but instead he went to talk to the General Manager (GM). The GM was very friendly, asked background information, and worked with me so that I got my rebate. I also worked with him and provided documentation to prove that the outstanding utility bill was not mine because I was living in another city when that account was opened and closed. I was satisfied to be getting the car for the price that was agreed on on the first day. However, when I went back to the financial person, she hurried through the process. She was very unfriendly, hurried through the process, and did not explain anything in detail. I did not like that she rushed this process, because it confused me on how much my monthly car payment would be and the amount for my down payment. I had to write out the numbers to visually see the amount that I needed to write out for the check. Overall, the salesman and the GM were the only two who were friendly and worked with me to make me feel good about my new car purchase. My only critique is that the financial person needs to work on her people skills and clearly explain all the paperwork and not rush through it just to get me out of her office. After all she was not working for free, I was paying her a fee through the processing fee. More

After searching the internet, I found a vehicle that perfectly matched us at Andrew Toyota. Though Andrew Toyota is over a 1 hour drive from our home, my wife and I decided to make the trip in the hopes of finding our next car. Dave Morris from Andrew Toyota was ready to sit down with us when we arrived and discuss the issues which mattered most to us (safety, quality, low mileage, and price). Dave was amazing through the entire process, and with the help of his Manager who was very considerate of our needs, we drove away in our used Aloe Green 2009 Toyota Camry SE that night. My wife and I are very happy with this amazing 2009 Camry SE that we purchased for a great price, in excellent condition. I am very impressed with Andrew Toyota's commitment to service and efforts to put the customer first which is very difficult to find in a car dealer these days. I am 100% positive that my wife and I will start looking at Andrew Toyota first for the next car that we buy. Andrew Toyota-Scion is not your run-of-the-mill dealership. I can say this from what I have read about and personally experienced with already a number of dealerships. So, in the early morning, we took the 30-minute drive to this dealership hoping to have a different experience from what we already had. Upon our entrance, we were immediately struck by the sunny welcome and friendliness of Mr. Scott Hatton as he inquired how he could be of help. Of course, this is not what my reason for saying they are not your ordinary dealership. Other dealerships did that to us also. But what made the difference is that that friendliness and concern to help us turned out to be genuine. How so? After reaching what I know is an "honest" price based on my own research and while papers are being finalized, I noticed that crossbars are not yet installed which I believe is included in the deal and which I brought to their notice, but because of time constraint on my part, I decided to leave without them. Next day, believing it is just an oversight and wanting to use this if they are true to their motto, "Customer satisfaction is our passion," we returned and after some explanations on both sides, the manager, Mr. Michael Oppermann, gladly promised us we will have the crossbars in 1 week as they are yet to be ordered. By this, we have no doubt they are true to their creed and that they are one of those organization who will do what is just right, however inconvenient. However, we have no idea that the best is yet to come. After a week, we called if the crossbars are ready for pickup, Michael informed us that more than and beyond the crossbars, we are about to receive a sweeter deal - that they went out of their way to include our contract, which has already been finalized 1 week before, under the 0% APR incentive which took effect just 1 day before.This dealership proved themselves to be not fair, not good, but truly outstanding. Our business with them is a pleasure in the true sense of the word. If this review is too long, pardon me, for this is the smallest thing we can do to thank them for their excellent job. Stopped in on a Saturday to test drive the 2010 Prius. Matt was fantastic to work with and very knowledgable. He was patient while I opted to test drive a few different vehicles. He answered all of my questions, and even went out of his way to demonstrate how to enter a coordinate address into the navigation system a few days after I picked up the new vehicle. This is the first vehicle where I was able to take the new vehicle home the same day. Everyone from Matt, to Joyce in Finance, to the team in Service all contributed to a great buying experience. Oh and the lounge is beautiful... will definately use Andrew Toyota for my future maintenance on this vehicle. More
