If you get a call from Shalonda asking about your car for sale on craigslist, make sure you talk to her. She buys cars all the time from craigslist advertisers. I got $2,000 more in trade in value from Shalonda than any other dealer would give me and she said she'd buy it outright if I preferred. Charles Beacham (Sales consultant)was great to work with right from the start. We weren't sure if we wanted new or used. We were also trying to decide between a Camry and a Prius. He allowed you time alone with the vehicle, so that my wife and I could really explore the vehicle and talk freely about what we liked and disliked. He was also very informative regarding vehicle features and regarding the differences between trim levels. He was never pushy, you never felt any sales pressure from him. Even though we had never met before, it was almost like car shopping with a friend. John Moore (Sales manager) was also great. He spent time speaking with my wife and I about their dealership.
