I had a warranty issue with a Toyota Matrix, purchased from another dealer as a used vehicle. I was treated professionally and was not hasseled at all for bringing a "foreign" vehicle to this dealership. from another dealer as a used vehicle. The service folks I talked to really "got" what customer service excellence is about. I enjoyed working with the staff at Andrew Toyota. They were all very down to earth and friendly but still professional. Worked with the Internet Group At Andrew (Pete). Very responsive and upfront. Gave the best price up front that other Dealers in Chicago/Milwaukee wouldn't touch (I shopped their quote to others and oth responsive and upfront. Gave the best price up front that other Dealers in Chicago/Milwaukee wouldn't touch (I shopped their quote to others and other dealers said "No Thanks"). They didn't try to sell a bunch of other add-ons I didn't need and worked with my short time deadline to deliever the van I needed. I liked the new Honda but this Dealer won the deal for Toyota. Love the Sienna so far! More
