I came back to Andrews Toyota after buying a Camry there in 2000. My 200o had been totaled (while parked)and I had decided that Andrews was the place to return to. Eric Dirk was the salesman. He was very pleasant and took all of the time my husband and I needed - sometimes explaining things more than once. We test drove both the Prius and the Camry Hybrid. We both much preferred the Camry ride and handling. Eric knew the answers to our multitude of questions or spoke with someone who did. Eric is friendly, knows his "stuff" and I'd certainly have no hesitance in recommending him to anyone looking for a Toyota at Andrews. We LOVE the car Jared was terrific in the finance area, too. All around excellent experience. More

Eric was an outstanding salesman, providing regular contact without being pushy. We visited several months ago, but weren't ready to buy. We came in this past week to see what could be done. Eric kindly and quietly said he'd get another dollar amount--the second offer was over $1500 higher than the first offer--and we had a deal. We picked up the car this week and are enjoying it immensely! We will recommend Eric to anyone looking for a good salesman. We would also come back to Andrew Toyota, because we've experienced good service with our other Toyota vehicles (a Camry and a Sienna). BTW, we had visited another Toyota dealer in the area, a competitor, a week earlier and the salesmen at that dealership nearly ignored us. We had had an appointment specifically made with a "Danny" for 2 pm (confirmed by a phone call from the dealership that morning), but when we got there, he wasn't there and no other salesmen were eager to help us (although three were standing around a counter).
