The price of the car was fair and clearly explained by John Moore, Sales Manager, and all forms that were included as part of the purchase were given to me to take home and read before signing. After doing comparison shopping at other dealerships, I returned to Andrew Toyota knowing I was buying a car from a reputable dealer at a good price. Customer service was excellent. Without hesitation they replaced a faulty radiator 2 weeks after purchasing a used Sienna. Price could have been better, but service and attitude was excellent. We have taken our newer Corolla to Andrew Toyota and find the service experience to be very pleasant. The waiting area is as clean, bright, and comfortable as they come, and the staff is friendly and attent the service experience to be very pleasant.
