He made sure all my questions were sufficiently answered before I brought my wife around to see the Sienna I selected, and he even took the time to review everything with her (in more detail than I expected, but I know my wife appreciated hearing it from him instead of me. :) Peter is the internet manager. Though I heard from Steve Cisero by email, Peter came over and introduced himself and talked with me about the process, which was nice to get the extra touch from someone working on the internet side. Jared handled the financing and paperwork. That went pretty smoothly. Finally, there was a mechanic named Mike who found the source for a mystery part that we had been trying to figure out from an earlier test drive. While it would have been nice to have it figured out before we had finished the purchase, it was great to see Mike (and a couple other guys from service) trying to figure out where the part came from and fixing it. More
I came in and plan to buy the Toyota Camry 2011 but no one has them in stock, so I went with my 2nd choice, Toyota Corolla LE 2011 w/ upgrade USB/Bluetooth option. The price is the best I could get anywhe one has them in stock, so I went with my 2nd choice, Toyota Corolla LE 2011 w/ upgrade USB/Bluetooth option. This is our second new car purchase from Andrew Toyota and Prentis Farce. Both times we have had great experiences. This last one was especially seamless. Prentis made it VERY easy for us. He found the car and in a little more than an hour we signed papers. Prentis did EXTRA homework on our new vehicle so he could educate us on how everything worked. He is always pleasent and knowlegable. Anything we ask is "no big deal" for him. We got the car we wanted and even saved some $$!! Laurie worked with us in Finance (also our second experience with her) She is very professional and fabulous to deal with. We have been taking our Toyotas to Willie in Service and feel we are always well taken care of and made to feel our needs are important! Buying cars is something that my husband and I hate to do because of the bad experiences we've had in the past at other places. At Andrew, we have always felt like they would help us get into the car we wanted no matter what it took. I am LOVING my new loaded Sienna! More

I was dreading going in to buy a vehicle and playing the haggling game. That is not at all what our experience was. There were no going back and forth games, we gave them a price and they came back with a fair price within $600.00 to our price. Done deal. From us walking in the door, test driving the car,offer, financing, and leaving with my 2008 Fj Cruiser, the total time was about 3 hours max. I will recommend them to everyone and I will be back for my next vehicle. Amazing amazing amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
We didn't have too much contact with Dave, so it's hard to rate him fairly. I called in the A.M. and asked about a certain vehicle we were looking for. He called me back promptly and told me what was on the lot. An hour later I came in, took the vehicle for a drive, brought it back with my husband a few hours later and we decided to buy it. We were hoping for a little more finageling room in the price, Dave gave us a firm price and told us he did not haggle but what he offered was as good as he could do. We also had a trade in that was from 2002 and only 98,000 miles on it, we were hoping to get around 8-9 thousand but were only offered $7500.00. That was a little upsetting. We did give him $500.00 down to hold the vehicle and came back 5 days later and purchased the vehicle. We did not trade in our truck because CarMax gave us $10,000.00 for it straight out! After talking to CarMax, I wish i would have purchased the same vehicle from them, they had a better price for the same identical vehicle, plus the trade in money we would have saved on taxes. Unfortunately it was too late. So, the price was a little more then we thought it should be and the trade in was upsetting, but it is what it is. Dave had an easy sale, he didn't have to walk through the lot and spend hours and hours on us, so in our minds it was an easy sale for him. the kind he probably wishes he had everyday. When it came to picking up the vehicle he was great. he took the time to go through everything with us and answer any questions we might have had. If we came back again, I guess we'd do more research first so we knew what kind of deal we were getting, our mistake. More
