I sold my car to them, and they were honest and easy to deal with. They offered me average trade-in which is lower than retail, but that is to be expected when you are selling to a dealer and they need to deal with. However, the entire process was completely hassle free, honest, upfront, and handled with integrity. The car is gone, I do not have to deal with people lying and not showing up or unable to get financing. This is our second car purchased from Andrew and I was definitely not expecting what I got. Scott was very attentive and professional and focused on our needs and schedule. He did have to take a couple of other calls while we were with him but he kept eye-contact and let us know it would be brief and it was. He was open, friendly and always with good humor. When I finally made him an offer based on a consumer magazine price report, he acknowledged that this was a very good price and without any haggling or discussion, came back in two minutes with the acceptance of our offer. When there was a discrepancy based on one of the options, he resolved in our favor. At no time did he make any apparent effort to jack up the price. It being late on a Saturday, we did have to wait for the financial consultant, Jared Johnson. Jared was likewise very friendly and attentive. When we balked at the cost of an extended warranty plan, he offered an alternative plan and then, in conversation, when he realized our last car had been totaled in an accident, he managed to apply the remaining warranty on our previous car to the new warranty, something we never expected. So here we are, with a beautiful new car and a very warm and easy shopping experience behind us. More

My mom bought her Corolla from Charles and was really happy with the experience. So when it was time for me to buy my first car, I knew I wanted to see what Charles had to offer. As a first-time buyer, I was thrilled to have Charles really talk to me about each vehicle and what I wanted in a car. I test drove a car that I loved, but it was a little out of my price range. Charles wouldn't let me get discouraged, though. He showed me another car, a 1999 Camry with only 57k miles on it for a great price. After another test drive, I knew Charles would help me get a good car for a good deal that day. Charles helped me choose the Camry and I'm so happy I did. He was knowledgable about the vehicles he was showing me, and he was friendly and never pushy. In the end, Charles helped me walk away with a great car for a great price. Thank you so much Charles! A really great buying experience at Andrew Toyota. There was an awesome guy named James (Jimmy V.) Vallier who brought us some Famous Amos cookies and Gardetto's. He was very attentive and helpful, but he also gave us some family time to think about everything that was on the table. Jimmy seemed to be the superman around this dealership, he was going around and helping others while we were talking, and he even cleaned our car to the point where he called it "Showroom" quality which made our Corolla S look very sharp. He taught all of us how to use the Bluetooth and the SirusXM radio. All of the adjustments for the driver and passengers were made clear. When you do go to Andrew Toyota look for Jimmy, he's a genuine guy and he will get you a great deal! More
