I have dealt with Andrew Toyota before it became Andrew. My first Toyota was a 1979 Toyota Celica. After many Celica's and then many Corolla's I knew that my lease was up soom. After talking to Mr. Opperman he gave me to Vince Miserendino who then helped me selecting my 2013 Toyota Corolla. I am extremely satisfied with Vince and my new Corolla. Mark Brandofina was an outstanding salesguy. As a single woman walking into a car dealership, I was afraid I was going to get talked down to, or pressured to purchase. Mark did neither. I went into Andrew Toyota to buy my first car and was immediately greeted by Vince. Vince was extremely friendly and helpful. I did not know much about cars and did not know exactly what I wanted. I originally planned on buying a used car, but Vince also helped me assess my financial situation and we decided I could afford to lease a new car, a 2013 Toyota Corolla. I love my car and am glad I went with the very affordable lease. I highly recommend Vince and Toyotas, especially if you are purchasing or leasing a first car. Other salesman tried to just close a sale; Vince helped me find a car and a payment to best suit my needs and my finances. I will definitely be a customer for life! More

Allen Good handled my appointment beautifully. He called back from my messages. It was all very efficient for me, even though it looked like the service area got backed up when I came on 4-11-13 around 11: back from my messages. He is a subject matter expert of the highest degree who was able to fully answer all my questions regarding the car. Finance Manager, Lori Differt, was equally efficient and professional. She obtained an excellent rate on my car loan so that I did not have to spend hours negotiating terms. Laurie's colleague, Jared, made suggestions during delivery (as he should have), but did not push me into additional purchases. Buying a vehicle is generally a long, unpleasant process, so I am very grateful to the aforementioned Andrew Toyota staff for a seamless purchase. I highly recommend this dealership. One small suggestion: stop putting "Andrew" stickers on cars!! The license plate holders should be sufficient advertising. More

Great Experience! Have purchased many cars through various dealerships and this was the best by far. My wife and I arrived in very beat up old car, but No Judgement was passed. Mark greeted us immediately and genuinely without being the typical over-bearing sales person. When inside, Mark offered us beverages and made sure we were comfortable. We went for test drive and everything ran and looked great . It was Good Friday, nearing closing time but Mark was there for us. When most places are closing up early he stayed past closing time to help us out. After my wife and I slept on it we arrived the next morning to finalize the decision. Having to be at work early that morning he helped us to make sure everything went smoothly and quickly. Shortly after, we drove off in our new car, freshly cleaned, and with a better rate than expected. Im not one to waste time writing reviews but credit was definetly due.
