Eric was an outstanding salesman, providing regular contact without being pushy. We visited several months ago, but weren't ready to buy. We came in this past week to see what could be done. Eric kindly and quietly said he'd get another dollar amount--the second offer was over $1500 higher than the first offer--and we had a deal. We would also come back to Andrew Toyota, because we've experienced good service with our other Toyota vehicles (a Camry and a Sienna). BTW, we had visited another Toyota dealer in the area, a competitor, a week earlier and the salesmen at that dealership nearly ignored us. Walking into a dealership on what appeared to be a very busy Saturday afternoon, I was greeted immediately and was talking to a salesperson within a minute. If you get a call from Shalonda asking about your car for sale on craigslist, make sure you talk to her. She buys cars all the time from craigslist advertisers. In my case, the only reason I offered my Camry for sale was to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee and every dealer I talked to insulted me with a low-ball trade in value. I got $2,000 more in trade in value from Shalonda than any other dealer would give me and she said she'd buy it outright if I preferred. I highly recommend Andrew Toyota and I highly recommend Shalonda as a sales person. It was a pleasure doing business with her. More
