I was contacted by Shalonda when trying to sell my vehicle via Craigslist. I first went to Andrew Toyota to service my 2005 Sequoia (purchased in Sheboygan) because of its proximity. I had very good fortune of running into Willie Willett there, and had him as my service advisor ev (purchased in Sheboygan) because of its proximity. However, the rest of the staff that I dealt with is just as good, beginning with Marc Brandofina, who was kind enough to take his time and be thorough in all aspects of the sale and beyond (he picked me up from my home) to Peter Klein the SM who was very kind in meting “my demands” and overseeing the entire process. Christian in F&I office made sure I understood everything, and I thank him for explaining it to me several times, since my brain was resisting information at the time. Overall an exceptional dealership. More
