I was in for service of my 08 tC, which I had been contemplating trading in for about 9 months now. Unbeknownst to Michelle, I was sitting in the dealership still when she tracked down the land line to my home, called and left me a message regarding my quote and inquiry. I called back promptly, and was not disappointed. Michelle's excellent customer service and genuine willingness to seek out the car I was looking for is unparalleled. I requested to work with Prentiss once again the following day. As expected, I was not disappointed.
