Excellent Customer Service! As a woman, it can be a little overwhelming to walk into a dealership and have a salesperson trying to pressure you into something. It's definitely NOT the case at all at Andrew Toyota. I set up an appointment with Prentiss to look at a car and he was very helpful and courteous. I didn't feel pressured at all. I came back a few days later to make the purchase, and Prentiss picked me up from work so that I didn't have to do any car juggling. Now that's service! He was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the process and now I have a great car! More

I truly appreciate the care and service Andrew provides from the shuttle service, loaner vehicles, complimentary refreshments, to the car wash and chocolate chip cookies left in my vehicle when I pick it up (my kids love them). I called the dealership and talked to "Gently" about coming in to see the cars, and she told me she had a great salesman for me, and gave me his name. We set the time of appointment, and when I arrived I met Andrew. He had obviously readied for our appointment as the vehicle I was interested in leasing was already at the front door! He opened the agency door and greeted me by name. While I test drove the vehicle, his staff assessed mine for turn-in value. As a woman leasing on my own, I felt respected, not pressured. Before I left the dealership in my new, gorgeous blue Toyota, Andrew explained the operating features , and answered all my questions.
