Buyer Beware Buyer beware! Not only will this company not keep their word, they will try to hide they are doing so. We were the first to call in to come up and pur Buyer beware! Not only will this company not keep their word, they will try to hide they are doing so. We were the first to call in to come up and purchase a vehicle (we were told so, and they moved safety inspections and cleaning up for us specifically), and they sold it out from underneath us! We agreed to meet after driving up all the way from Dubuque, Iowa with an infant, and this is how we were treated. There was no communication that someone called in after us and put down a deposit to purchase the vehicle we came up to do the same. They couldn't even do the courtesy of telling us this was in the works knowing we were making a long trip, and they didn't even offer us the same option, even being the first to inquire about the vehicle. They have tried buying us off to not put reviews up by saying they would pay for our gas and hotel, but we feel it is more important to warn others so they do not have to go through the same experience. They will try to keep this from all of you though! They will try and hide the reviews! Hoepfully this site won't allow them to try and remove legitimate reviews of experiences had by customers... At least stand by your product and service... It's shameful to hide and be deceitful by acting like it didn't happen. More

Great dealership Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In the past, at different dealerships, I used to dread having to take my car in for an oil change Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In the past, at different dealerships, I used to dread having to take my car in for an oil change or repairs. Andrew Toyota, however, is a whole different experience. My daughters even ask if they can come with me! Of course, the soda and cookies don't hurt. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Customers can now search the Internet and find out the precise range of prices for cars in which they are interested. Customers can now find out easily what is a good price for a car. A smart dealership should recognize this fact and adjust. The most valuable thing a dealer can do in the age of the Internet is establish a good ongoing customer relationship that is based on honesty, trust, and mutual respect. I think that Andrew Toyota in Glendale Wisconsin has figured this out. The Andrew Toyota sales and finance team was unfailingly helpful, courteous, honest, and respectful. I would like to especially commend Long Chang our sales person. He is informative, not pushy, and willing to negotiate in good faith. You can't ask for anything more. Good going Andrew. You get it.
