We are sorry to hear that you had an unfavorable experience at our dealership. Our management team has reviewed all policies with all parties involved to ensure that this NEVER happens again. We have begun training on a new process that we have already begun implementation on. This is a highly unusual occurrence that we are very apologetic had occurred. There was a miscommunication and disconnect between sales staff and other dealership associates. As a result, the other client had the first opportunity to put a deposit down and made a commitment on the vehicle prior to your arrival. Our Sales Manager, Michael Oppermann offered you to pay for your hotel and gas as a sign of good faith to you that none of the miscommunication was done on purpose. We do truly feel sorry that this happened, and all parties involved feel quite bad that this occurred. No member of the Andrew Toyota Staff would ever intentionally cause such an inconvenience. We do not have the power to pull down reviews. The other review site pulled down your review because it violated their own review policies. These review sites are 3rd Party. Andrew Toyota Scion has no direct relationship with these review sites and can in no way alter, remove or assist anyone with reviews. The only thing we can do is respond accordingly to each review to resolve any questions, comments, or concerns. Michael has been in contact with you and your family about this experience as well as your vehicle search.
