From the moment I came in to the time I left, everyone was very professional and helpful. Mark Doedens was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in, answered all my questions honestly and efficiently, and made me feel comfortable. I never felt like anything was being hidden from me, and he was on my side to make sure I got the best rate I could possibly receive. He even worked with me well past closing time to make sure I had everything taken care of, including setting up the Bluetooth in my new Corolla and showing me several tips with the other new features I was not very familiar with. Prints Farsee assisted us in selecting a vehicle that would fit our needs and budget. He was never pushy, answered every question honestly and let us remain in control of the experience. On the tail end Jared Johnson walked us through the details of our lease agreement and answered any financial questions we had. We now own two Toyota vehicles, both purchased from Andrew Toyota, and next time around 'hopefully not for a few years though!' we know exactly who we will go back to. More
