The receptionist set up an appointment for me to see the cars as I was going to be pressed for time. I the almost 40 minute trip and was greeted by Thomas. Thomas was fantastic to work with. He never tried to hard sell me anything. He walked through the entire process with me and answered all my questions. He followed up with me after the purchase went through and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. I will definitely do business with this dealership in the future. More

Prentiss was there when I needed help I leased a new Highlander from Andrew three weeks ago. On a cold, dark rainy evening I was having trouble closing the hatch. I called Roadside assist I leased a new Highlander from Andrew three weeks ago. On a cold, dark rainy evening I was having trouble closing the hatch. I called Roadside assistance but all they could do was offer to dispatch a driver so I called the dealership. When I wasnt able to reach my sales executive,I punched in the direct lines of the sales team at random and, much to my relief, Prentiss picked up his phone. He explained the offices were closed but he was working late assisting another customer. He then helped me reprogram my hatch and I was on my way. Its great to have a good sales exec but its even better to know they work as a team! Thank you Prentiss! JHB More
Just purchased my 5th 4Runner from Andrew in 6 years I keep coming back to Jared and Jimmy at Andrew because I'm well taken care of and the process is quick and easy. I have very much enjoyed eack of the 4Runners that I've owned and with each trade in, I know I'll be back in 18 months to do it all over again. So far, I think I like my current 2016 4Runner Trail Premium the best. We had made an attemp to get me into the New 4Runner TRD, but with only a handful being made, I didn't want the guys at Andrew to jump through hoops for me, so I went with one that they had just come in. Maybe in 18 months a TRD or some other New 4Runner will be available and will go with that model at that time. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy what I have and feel confident in knowing that when my vehicle needs service, I will simply pick up the phone, give Andrew a call and a short while later I will have what I need and back on the road. More
My Sixth Toyota in over 25 Years! I've been leasing my cars and having them serviced at Andrew Toyota since I moved here from South Florida in 2001. This time was the absolute best. P I've been leasing my cars and having them serviced at Andrew Toyota since I moved here from South Florida in 2001. This time was the absolute best. Prentiss Farsee went above and beyond what one would normally expect from a sales person. The lease was coming due on my 2012 Camry and I was debating whether to make the switch to a Nissan Altima. Prentiss was excellent in comparing the Altima to the Camry and convinced me to stay the course with Toyota. He was also very mindful of my time. When the lease transaction ran "overtime" he bought me a sandwich so I wouldn't starve while I was waiting to meet with Jared Johnson. In addition, Prentiss met with me on his day off to show me how to use certain features of my new Camry. I couldn't have asked for better service and attention. Christian Coroian was also extremely helpful in explaining aspects of the leasing procedure to me, as well as helping to facilitate the final deal. Jared Johnson shared some insurance information with me, which I appreciated. All in all - it was a great experience. More
Truley a refreshing Experience!! I was referred to Andy Schlesinger by two co-workers when my car was recently totaled. With a very busy schedule, Andy made time to meet with my wife and I on short notice. Andy greeted us on time and gave us his undivided attention. Once Andy knew what we were looking for, he showed us several options that were in our budget. He introduced us to Tom Murray who showed us the cars and explained all the features. Tom's knowledge of Toyotas is exceptional and so was his care. He was patient and wanted to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. He then introduced us to Jared who expedited the financing. Not one of them missed a beat! It was the most exceptional experience that we have ever had over the past 20 years of purchasing Toyotas! This will be the place we call home for our future Toyota purchases. More
