I'll be honest, as a young woman I was worried about walking into a car dealership and having a sales person try and pull a fast one on me just to make a sale, but Richard put those worries at ease. He was very professional, efficient, and EXTREMELY personable. He listened to my needs and wants, including the price range I was looking for, and got me into my brand new 2016 Toyota Camry SE which was an early Christmas gift to myself. Very Easy To Deal With I am not a fan of shopping for anything, especially cars. I went in at lunch time, my car was appraised and I basically said, "If you can do this for the payment that I want, I'll take it. If not, then I won't." I had a car to trade that I owed too much on, so I wasn't sure it was even possible. They worked the numbers, met the payment that I wanted and that night I drove out with a lease on a 2015 Toyota Avalon. I couldn't have asked for an easier experience and I love the car. Thank you! .
