Purchased the car and Charlie was great. However whomever details new cars did not have it ready. Stickers on interior and suds all over the door openings. I had an appointment for which I was on time. The waiting room was empty when I sat down. 6 people came in over the next 45 minutes. All were visited by a representative before I was. I sent a text after 90 minutes asking what was up with my repair. At 2 hours, a person came to talk with me and told me that they unhooked power for about 10 minutes and everything seemed fixed, that maybe the computer reboot took care of things. By now, half the people who'd come in after me had left. Then he presented me with a list of recommended repairs...as if I would do that after waiting 2 hours only to learn that the "repair" took 10 minutes. I had made an appointment to hopefully avoid two hours at the dealer and have it serviced in a timely manner. The person handling my case was very pleasant and professional. The actual servicing of my vehicle did not leave my pleased. I had the distinct impression that nothing had been done until I sent that text. The issue with my vehicle was odd. The receptionist even questioned my description of the problem when I called to make the appointment--which frankly put me off from the start. Believe me, if my regular mechanic could have fixed it I would have never gone to a dealer. But my mechanic was perplexed and I told that to the receptionist, and the client rep. This dealership is horrible. I purchased a package that is included in my monthly payment from them which includes gap insurance for 6 years and free oil changes for 3 years. Now every time I go in there t is included in my monthly payment from them which includes gap insurance for 6 years and free oil changes for 3 years. Now every time I go in there to get an oil change the people at the service counter always hassle me and give me a hard time and try to make me pay for the oil changes which are $75. After we argue back and forth for a while they will reluctantly agree to do the oil change. I am not looking forward to dealing with these people for the next 2 and a half years. More
