This dealership has the worst sells and service department. I am very displeased with the service I've received a few days ago. I brought my car into Andrew to see why the check engine light came o department. I am very displeased with the service I've received a few days ago. I brought my car into Andrew to see why the check engine light came on, and an employee told me it was the mass air flow sensor and that the sensor would be placed into my car when I received my oil change a few days later. Every time the employee needed to decline service, he wrote customer declined recommendation, which is not true. The employee never ordered the part; he forgot about it completely, and during this time, he also did not provide me with all the paperwork for my car, stating my car was fine and I might want to get the battery charged soon. I finally got the sensor "placed" in my vehicle, and now Andrew is reporting additional issues with my vehicle. They wanted over $900 for an alternator, an additional $285 to transport the vehicle to a Nissan dealer, all the while, they did not reprogram or completely install the sensor properly. They take no responsibility for not knowing about the sensor and still eagerly placing it in the car without checking it's computer system for over $500. An employee stated, "My manager says none of this is our fault because we work on Toyota's". No one every told me they could not handle placing a sensor in a vehicle that was not a Toyota, quoted me a price and everything, as if they were capable. I have honestly had one poor experience after another with sells and service, and now the manager won't even address my concerns or tell me what their official diagnosis of my vehicle is as they try to get more money out of me. I transported my vehicle to a Nissan Dealer for FREE, and my vehicle was malfunctioning because Andrew Toyota forgot to place a cap/covering back on the sensor. Imagine if I would have paid for everything they claimed my vehicle needed (alternator, battery, etc.,.). If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, going in for a routine service, or trying to fix a problem they diagnosed your vehicle with, I urge you to think again and find a reputable dealer. More
