The service center was accurate and told us in great detail what was wrong with our vehicle. The issue lies in the salesman that we dealt with unpin picking our vehicle up. We were in the market to buy a new to us vehicle, so we were trying to see our options. The salesman just did not want to hear or understand what we were looking for. He wanted to continue to show us what he wanted us to buy or pay for. He didn’t even introduce himself when we met. He honestly could’ve gotten a sale from us, due how desperate we actually were to find a vehicle. I do not like to be pressured into buying something I do not want, need, it’s suitable for my family, or the payment was too expensive. Shaun was just not having it. I will come back to the service center, but that is it! More

Scheduled an oil change a head of time and stated we would be waiting in lobby. My wife had our 2 kids under 3 years old with her. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and I don’t even trust they gave us fresh oil. More

Renee and dealership basically backed us into a corner. We spent our whole day at this dealership looking at a RAV4. We even put money down to hold it while we discussed the decision. It wasn’t until after We spent our whole day at this dealership looking at a RAV4. We even put money down to hold it while we discussed the decision. It wasn’t until after when we were about to go finance that they said we had to purchase LoJack and Andrew shield (bogus ways for the dealership to make more money). We asked for it to be taken off multiple times or other things adjusted to make up for this pricing and there was little budge. They basically blackmailed us by saying well we have the next person that will buy this with everything included- which isn’t even legal. I guess we could’ve done more, but we had already spent 6 hours at the dealership that day. They are lucky there is no cars on the market these days. One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. I will never be going to Andrew Toyota again. High rating in customer satisfaction— yeah right. They didn’t care about us or our happiness one but. All about how much money they can get. More
