People were friendly but it wasn't obvious where to park or where to walk in. It took me 3 tries to get to the right place. Service department was flexible in accommodating my erratic schedule and they were friendly, courteous, and quick getting me out. They use a cheap scan tool looks like a calculator. Won’t find your issue but it will get you out the dealer in a dangerous car. Ridiculous that I have to beg for a proper diagnostic. On my coolant sensor that could have over heated my engine. 👍🏼 nice Also Toyota makes a bypass line for the coolant valve because it’s a problem. But guess what it’s your problem no recall…??? 2019 rav LE awd Also Jhon refused a rental car and I had to drive unsafe till the next time I was in for service unacceptable. On top of all this he lied stating a employee would drive me to the rental car place never happened. Lies aggression unequal distribution of rental cars . This guys is really a issue. More
