I have two huge oil spills in my garage because something wasn't tighten with my oil change. I had a regular maintenance appointment. When I drove in, John (after he finished with some paperwork) handled my concerns respectfully & accordingly. I had mentioned that I had one more free maintenance item to use. John explained it was expired. John had suggested a couple maintenance extensions, but I declined at the time. Later I found out from Z (Zeljko) via text that Andrew Toyota would honor the last free maintenance item! Super Customer Service & professionalism! Throughout the process I was kept informed via texts, photos, video, & a phone call on the progress of my car. Also, it’s such a wonderful service plus convenience that Andrew Toyota has their shuttle providing me a ride home & returning to the dealership. More
