Communication was not greatest. I recently dropped my car off at Andrew Chevrolet, clearly explaining the issues I was experiencing. I was told it would take a few days for them to get to it, which was fine since I had another car t clearly explaining the issues I was experiencing. I was told it would take a few days for them to get to it, which was fine since I had another car to use. After a week, I received a call stating there was nothing wrong with my car, so I went to pick it up. However, as soon as I drove off, all the warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree. I called the dealership immediately and was told, “We’re closing soon, come back tomorrow,” but since I was just up the street, I decided to drop the car off right away. During the time they had my car, I kept getting calls from the dealership asking if I wanted to sell it, which felt very fishy. Fast forward a week later, I was informed that I needed a new BCM system and it would cost $3,000. I declined and said I’d get a second opinion. They charged me $180 after keeping my car for two weeks with no communication and no work done. I will not be coming back to Andrew Chevrolet. More
