We located the exact Mustang we had been looking for and Trisha was very professional, and best of all…not pushy. When we stopped at the dealership we were treated like royalty. Our salesman Dan was fantastic, and dealing on the vehicle was actually enjoyable. My wife and I still can’t get over how Jason, the manager/owner was there to great us and make us feel welcome. Usually you have to look into one of the back offices to find the manager, but not here. He made himself visible front-and-center, and made us feel like we were part of their organization. We will definitely be repeat customer’s. More

Our F-150 EcoBoost Ranch Truck We haven't owned a Ford truck since 1997. We were so impressed with the new 2015 models. They had a crew cab in the color that we loved. The sales team were so helpful taking time to explain the EcoBoost features and the gear ratio for the best mileage for ranch use. We never felt pressure to buy the truck. We felt very comfortable doing business there. We purchased the undercoating/paint and upholstery protection. The guys in the service department were so courteous and detailed-oriented. What a fantastic job they did!! More

Horrible treatment by all staff involved and no apologizes. Well I just decided to give them a second chance on another truck, this time sales man gave info on truck, drove to look at it and they wouldn't even put numbers together, just came back and said needed $2000 down on a truck for $5000 which is actually worth at most $4000. If buying used save yourself time and stay as far away from this place as possible!!!!! More

I had purchased my 2008 Ford Explore in Lincoln, NE and was very pleased with the pricing and details they gave me. So when I found this 2009 Taurus at Anderson Ford in Grand Island my husband and I drove down to take a look at it. My son had been looking at other dealerships around the area and was being high pressured into a vehicle that he couldn't afford, I told him about Andersons so he met us there. I test drove a couple fusions, one a hybrid and they drove very well. As my son and I talked he was starting to think the Taurus might be worth a drive. Joe got us the keys and we were offon another of my infamous test drives. Hope I didn't scare you. I've been known to do that to salesmen. I test drive like my children might drive . (I hope safely.) By the time we returned my son desided that the Taurus was going to be his next car. Joe and Heather worked on the financing for the car and with it being a Saturday some slow responses from lenders we were able to have everything done in less than 2 hours. But I'm not done. While we were waiting I found a car for my daughter. She had previously owned a fusion but had wrecked it. I found one at a price tht she could afford. After several phone calls to my daughter I told the guys I'd be back. More

I test drove a 2007 Fusion with Gary Warta that we had talked to Joe about on Saturday. Joe had gone for the day so Gary was nice to help us out. After a test drive and some conversation about people we knew from back home we decided to purchase the car. My daughter was not able to be there so we left a down payment and the information they needed to get the loan application started. Heather talked with my daughter and kept us updated on the loan processing. We made arrangements to pick the car up on the following Saturday when she would be off work. When we arrived the car was waiting by the door for us. Joe asked my daughter if she wanted to test drive it and she said no mom already did. I drive all the kids cars. We spent about an hour or less finishing up the paperwork. (Can't remember the name of the gentlman in the finance office. But he was very helpful.) My daughter drove her car home and has been happy with it every since. Oh, one other thing, I had to bring the car back to get clearcoated the following Friday. When I got there they took it right away and had asked if I had anyone coming to pick me up and I didn't but had a few errands I could do if they had a loaner. Joe talked to the manager and provided me with a 2012 fusion to drive around town while my car was being done. I left them my number and they called when it was completed. Joe, Gary, Heather and all the staff were very kind and helpful. We will continue to do business with Anderson Ford. More

Only after I purchased was I told it would cost me 500.00 dollars to certify this 25000 dollar vechile that had passed all inspection. Car was dirty not detailed as I was told. Less than a quarter tank of gas. Was offered 5 gallons that I declined. At that time I realized I was told what ever to sign paperwork. They feel as they did me a favor working in all finances into my loan. . Had secured my own loan but they were uninterested in using that. I didn't know what certified was until I was told it was. 2014 with 26000 miles would think it being a Ford Dealership would be certified workout them getting 500.00 dollars more. I over paid compared to Kelly Blue Book. Husband went to Hastings Ford bought very used vechile for 15001500 and reviewed a tank of gas and a wk later a thank you letter which we didn't get here. Would have taken very little to have a pleased couple but I guess they just wanted a sale. I've heard from many buyers on Facebook had some really bad experience. Drive the extra mile to Hastings you don't be sorry. I can't walk in there without feeling very uncomfortable. The car I traded in they claim is a non smoking vechile which they removed the ashtray out themselves. They claim that's a honest mistake but I was the one who misunderstood. My husband will be purchasing a new vechile in January but not there. I feel lied to hurt. Bought local thinking it was the money at home but what a mistake I made and would have been so easy for them to correct this and make it right. They got there sale and that's all they wanted! !! More

I love it and can't thank Gary enough for helping us out. They were great to work with and I plan to have all my service work done there. More

First Time Ford Purchase This is the first brand new vehicle (and first Ford) I have ever purchased. I have experienced the high pressure salesmen in the past at other dealers which has lead me to always buy private. My wife and I never felt pressured by Dan at any point during our visit. Dan was very personable and professional they whole time. He was up front and honest about the Escape, it's accessories, and if it fits our needs. I would definitely recommend Dan and Anderson Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. In fact if my wife would give me permission I would get a new truck from them also. More
