after purchasing several vehicles over the years across all mfg dealerships, i would have to say that Ravi Singh is the most knowledgable of the product he sells. He doesn't push any particular model or options but LISTENS to the customer and directs them towards the vehicle that they are looking for but offers several alternatives. he is most courteous, always returns his phone calls and if he does not have an immediate answer to my question he quickly gets it and returns the call. my only complaint which is not with Ravi as i believe him to be a very valuable asset to the dealership but my issue is with the financing part of my purchase. I traded in my 08 ford f150 and had it financed through ford credit. I would have liked to stay with ford credit but was directed towards an outside source in wisconsin as the rebates with a bit higher interest rate 3.9% was $1-2 per month more favorable than ford credit with zero financing but could not have used the rebates. i realize that the better deal was not with Ford credit but thought that ford would have done something to try and keep the financing in-house but that was not offered. I find that ford's rebates OR interest rates are somewhat inflexible. More

The initial finding of the van I was targeting was through the internet sight oogle. I called the number for Anderson Auto Group in Gr. The receptionist put me through to Frank Moreno who not only answered all my questions but actually drove the van down the highway to confirm to himself and thus to me the true workings of the vehicle. He was the sole reason I drove from Co. Springs to Gr. Is. to buy it. We negotiated a good price plus I was made aware of two possible maintenance fixes necessary. Everyone I dealt with was professional and good natured. Without a doubt Frank gained my trust which made the entire experience satisfying. I would recommend Anderson Auto to anyone. More

John B. did a nice job understanding my car needs and working to get the vehicle I wanted. After trying for four months to get me an AWD Ford Fusion that was not on the Anderson Ford lots it was meant t working to get the vehicle I wanted. John was able to find the exact one for me not on Anderson's lots at a price that was reasonable for me to deal with. I enjoyed John's disposition while working with me to find the right car at the right price. I have recommended to my friends and acquaintances to contact John and work with him to purchase their next vehicle. He is good! We plan to get John involved as our salesmen when we get ready to purchase our next Ford/Lincoln vehicle. The rating for "Good" on the price is for dealing with the supervisors above John as we negotiated. The negotiations were fair... John was accommodating relaying the "wants" on both sides as the middle man between the customer and supervisor who made the proposals and counter-proposals when dealing on tis vehicle. More

John was great at helping us find a pickup that would fit our needs so we could coninue on our vaction. We recently purchased a Ford Escape from Anderson Ford in Grand Island. I had inquired about another Escape that they had advertised on the internet and a few days later I was contacted about another one th Grand Island. Jon and everyone at Anderson Ford was very helpful and our buying experience was very friendly and somewhat easier that I expected it to be. The Escape was a color that I was interested in and it had all of the installed options I was looking for also. The only thing that was not mentioned to us was that it had slight hail damage, mostly on the hood. It had snow on it the day we drove it and we could not see the hail damage at the time. I still would have bought the vehicle, but would have liked to be told of it by the dealer. Overall, our buying experience was very pleasurable and we are very happy with our purchase. More
