I had called over to Anderson Ford looking for a new F-150 4x4 pickup and ended up talking with John Barnett. I was a great experience to not have to go round and round over both selling price and trad F-150 4x4 pickup and ended up talking with John Barnett. There was a little negotiation with Rich on the value of my trade in and after explaning my situation the deal was done in one visit. They had the truck I wanted from one of their other dealerships in one day. John did a great job of taking the time to explain all the features of of the vehicle before sending us on our way. More
My family and I had the most amazing experience at Anderson's. We were in desperate need of a vehicle but were having problems finding one in our price range. After shopping for 2 solid days, we ult Anderson's. We were in desperate need of a vehicle but were having problems finding one in our price range. After shopping for 2 solid days, we ultimately returned to Andersons to purchase a vehicle. We chose a Chevy Trailblazer. When we test drove the vehicle, it ran perfectly. We arranged with Frank to pick up the vehicle late on Monday. Frank had everything ready for us and came over to see us even though he was workig in the other store. Paper work was completed and we were on our way. On our way home, my husband I realized that something was wrong with the vehicle. I must say, I was a mess. The next day my husband gave Frank a call and let him know what was going on. Frank told Jerred not to worry about it, to bring the vehicle back and they would take a look at it. We returned the vehicle and they put us in a new vehicle to borrow untl ours was fixed. A couple days later, Frank called us and said that the vehicle we had purchased had major issues and that we needed to come back. They said we were not liable for the faulty vehicle and they would put us in a different vehicle. That very afternoon, we returned and sure enough they had a selection of vehicles ready for us. We ended up with a much better option for us. Anderson's trully stood up to their word. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. They very well could have said that it was our problem and we would have faced very costly repairs. I am so thankful for each person we worked with. I felt as though they cared about us and would try their bast to get our family in the right vehicle. God bless!!! We love our new van!!! More
My car had broke down the night before. I went back to the Anderson Ford team the next day and told them what my problem was. Matthew was the first one I encountered. Wow!!! He was so helpful, I wasn't sure what I was going to do about my car situation. He listened to my thoughts and showed me several options. The option I chose was a used Escape. I love it!! Matthew was very helpful answering all my questions. When it was time for financial issues Jed Halpine was helpful too. I would recommend Anderson Ford Grand Island to all my friends and family. They are truly a great team. More

Our experience at Anderson Ford was nothing short of exceptional. Upon deciding to make a purchase Susan Marten did all she could to get us the best financing deal possible. We will definitely go back to Anderson Ford for our next vehicle purchase. More
I've had the excellent opportunity to deal with Susan Marten twice in purchasing a vehicle. Susan has always been up front and more concerned with the customer's satisfaction then with giving you the who Marten twice in purchasing a vehicle. Susan has always been up front and more concerned with the customer's satisfaction then with giving you the whole stereotypical word tracks to get you to buy something you don't want, she straight up doesn't need to. If you would like an example, their Lincoln store is quite the opposite experience. I had run into financial trouble a year and half after purchasing my first car from Susan in 2011 and she was more than willing to help me. We found a vehicle that would work for my situation(the ones where you are usually relegated to buy here, pay here) however the vehicle was at their Lincoln store. I decided to just take a trip to see the car in person and test drive it seeing it was closer to me at the time. I arrived at the dealership and had to ask the receptionist for assistance in getting a salesperson (they were too preoccupied with talking to each other than helping customers). I was helped by a relatively inexperienced associate who used to work in their Detail dept and before I even sat down at her desk I told her my situation and that I was not interested in purchasing today because I was dealing with a manager on the deal at their Grand Island location. Ive worked in a dealership before and that right there should have been the point I was handed keys and a dealer plate and left alone--that did not happen. The folks at Lincoln tried convincing themselves they were going to get me a better rate and that Susan was just trying to make the Lincoln people do all the work. NOT THE CASE! I went to that dealership without the knowledge of Susan because it should not have been a fiasco that Lincoln created by not listening to what I was telling them. After a while, and countering all their bs with my own ;) I called Susan up in front of them and had it stopped. The deal if done through the Lincoln store would have put me in a buy here-pay here loan with outrageous interest rate and left me upside down in the loan. Susan got me an interest rate below 15% with an actual bank and im no where near upside down on the new car. Susan knows her stuff and she doesn't pull any punches with her customers. What she says is the truth and you can bet I will not go anywhere else but Anderson Ford of GRAND ISLAND. She treats you GREAT the first time, even BETTER the second time--like family!! She's been there for almost 20 years and regardless of what the other locations tell you, she is the only one who can get you THE BEST RATE. More

We were looking for something different - all we knew was we didn't want black or a 2 door. Dallas was very helpful at showing us what was available to see exactly what we were looking for. He knew our price range and preferences and found us a perfect vehicle. It was more than we had wanted to spend (overall), however, with Jed's help it was a better deal to buy new verse used. Both Jed and Dallas did a great job anwsering our questions, as it was our first purchase ever! We loved that they were able to bring an Escape from their Lincoln dealership so we could get the exact color we wanted. It was perfect! We love it. Overall, it was a great experience and will recommend them to others. More

My only complaint was the length of time the process took, however with only one finacial person, it's understandable. We spent most of our time with Chase, my husband was very impressed with Chase's pe took, however with only one finacial person, it's understandable. We spent most of our time with Chase, my husband was very impressed with Chase's personality, he was genuinely friendly, instead of us feeling like he was only friendly because he was doing his job. I had to call with a question about the vehicle on the way home, Chase was busy, but he called me back within a few minutes. He makes you feel you're important, not because you're buying a car, but because you are you. Susan did a wonderful job explaining the finacial process, she knew what we wanted and met that. Her office is kid friendly, which meant our kids could play and color while we were interacting with her. We only purchased our vehicle a couple of days ago, but at this point, if I have to look for another vehicle, we will be going back to Anderson of Grand Island. More
