I have been going to Boyle Buick for nearly a decade for all of my maintenance and repairs, though since the sale to Anderson, it no longer has the same family feel. In addition, the service cost have risen all of my maintenance and repairs, though since the sale to Anderson, it no longer has the same family feel. In addition, the service cost have risen to exorbitant levels. I understand that inflation will affect prices, but these raised nearly overnight since Anderson took over in January. Regrettable, I am now rethinking as to where I will have future service done. This is NOT a reflection of the service department staff, all of whom have been PHENOMONAL over the year. I really like and respect them, and have always been honest with me over the years. More
I have always taken my vehicles to Boyle for service, we bought our 2019 Buick Lacrosse new there and we have a 2016 GMC Canyon that I take there also for service. The service department has always been helpful and professional, and the work gets done in a timely manner. Recently we had the Buick in for warranty work and Jeremy Linville was our service writer and was a pleasure to work with, he kept us informed on the issues and progress of the vehicle as timing was an important factor. Thank you, Jeremy, for taking care of us in this ordeal. I hope that Anderson can continue to make the longtime customers of Boyle feel like family as it has been and continue with the same customer service that us customers have been used to for the last couple years!
